SUMMARY:C3SC Training: Introduction to Sustainable Funding
DESCRIPTION:This course is intended to equip staff and board members of frontline voluntary and community organisations with the knowledge and techniques to move towards achieving a ‘mixed economy’ funding package for their organisations.  \nIt will also help you understand the importance and benefits of long-term planning for financial sustainability and provide them with practical resources to plan more effectively for the future.  \nBy the end of the training session\, you will: \n·       understand the concept of sustainable funding;  \n·       appreciate the skills and approaches required to adopt an entrepreneurial culture;  \n·       understand the importance of having a mix of income streams;  \n·       learn how to explore and extend their funding and financing options. \nRegistration from 9.45am.
