CBT has a massive evidence base and it allows the practitioner to explore the links between thoughts (cognitions)\, feelings and behaviour – especially if any of these elements are identified as “dysfunctional”.  CBT is used with a variety of different disorders ranging from mild anxiety and depression to more complex mental health problems such as eating disorders\, complex trauma and psychosis. This NewLink Wales training course focuses on the key approaches that are designed to be delivered by key workers as part of their client work sessions.
