DESCRIPTION:A one-day Children in Wales course \nThis course is relevant for managers and practitioners who wish to demonstrate that their intervention has made a difference. Budgets are tight and all organisations need to consider economy and efficiency\, but it is important to keep focus on the effectiveness of services. This course will look at measuring the soft outcomes that your intervention has achieved for the people you work with. DESCRIPTION:This one-day conference is aimed at anyone involved with sight loss or supporting people with sight loss and a disability\, across the public\, voluntary and private sector. The conference will bring professionals together from all sectors who are working with blind and partially sighted people\, with a focus this year on those who also have a learning disability. We will also have information about innovative and leading edge research which has been taking place in the UK.
