SUMMARY:Re-design and re-appraisal of Welsh Government's Children and Families Organisation Grant Programme (CFOG)\, the Out of School Childcare Grant Programme and Section 64 Grant Programmes
DESCRIPTION:Martin Davies\, Third Sector Grant Policy Manager at the Welsh Government\, is working on a redesign and reappraisal of Welsh Government’s Children and Families Organisation Grant Programme (CFOG)\, the Out of School Childcare Grant Programme and grant programmes for voluntary organisations operating in the health and social care sector on an all-Wales basis with older people\, carers\, adults with disabilities and people who experience mental ill health (more usually referred to as Section 64 Grant Programmes).    \nBy the end of March 2013\, he needs to present Welsh Ministers with options for the future of these grant programmes to ensure that they produce the best possible outcomes\, deliver against Ministerial priorities and still represent the most appropriate use of public money and resources. He wants to make sure that the options he presents are well considered and properly informed and\, to do this\, he needs to know the views of all stakeholders including the Third Sector. This event will give you an opportunity to participate.   \nIf you’d like to attend the event\, please write to Martin Davies\, Third Sector Grant Policy Manager\, Family Support\, Department for Health\, Social Services and Children\, Welsh Government.
