SUMMARY:Project Management basics for EU funded projects
DESCRIPTION:This WCVA course aims to provide an introduction to the project management process and to examine how you can best ensure project success through each of the stages of the project. \nThis course will introduce you to the specific requirements of managing an EU funded project or contract\, as distinct from projects funded through other sources\, helping you to avoid common pitfalls.
