DESCRIPTION:The free practitioner network is a lively\, participatory workshop which provide an opportunity for peers to engage\, share and support each other. The May event will feature sessions on the Wales Audit Office’s All Wales Study of Public Engagement in Local Government. There will also be opportunities for you to network and hear about each other’s projects\, plus an icebreaker and an evaluation exercise.The network is suitable for anyone working in the field of participation and citizen engagement. Attendees come from a range of different organisations in the public and third sector that focus on a variety of issues. The event is suitable for anyone from any level within an organisation that has an interest in practical participatory work\, including consultation officers\, trustees\, volunteers\, development workers and managers.The network provides you with an invaluable opportunity to: – Meet other practitioners in your area  – Share good practice  – Share ideas  – Problem solve  – Develop participatory skills  – Acquire new skills
