DESCRIPTION:  \nThis 3 day course delivered by Welsh Women’s Aid\, is for staff or volunteers who would like to gain the skills and knowledge to plan\, deliver and evaluate short structured courses to adults. The training will cover: \n  \n      Planning and Designing Training \n      Learning Theory \n      Training methods and techniques \n      Learning Environment and Atmosphere \n      Managing Participants \n      Training Delivery \n      Assessment and Evaluation \nThis course is accredited by Agored Cymru. In order to gain the credit\, participants must submit a workbook following the course. If you wish to gain accreditation a charge of £15 will be levied for accreditation fees. \nCost: WWA members £65 per day 	Non-members £100 per day10% discount if you book 3 or more places on any WWA courses!
