DESCRIPTION:This one-day course delivered by Learning Disability Wales will help participants understand the range of policies affecting children and young people in Wales. DESCRIPTION:Communities First\, in partnership with Eastern Leisure Centre and Several Cardiff East Health and Well-being Services\, is hosting a FREE event with: \n – Free taster exercise and fitness classes (timetable available on the day) – Spin\, Kettlebells\, Fitball\, Dance and more! – Free blood pressure testing (10am – 1pm) and health advice – Outdoor climbing wall – Bike rides around the facility  – Sign up for a Max. Card for free (proof of benefit entitlement must be shown and two passport-sized photos are required) – Pick up information and advice on healthier living – Find out more about health services on offer within your community – Join the library for free – Bring your children to story time (11am & 2.30pm) – Try Trampolining 3-4.15pm – Buffet-style lunch – Creche for parents wanting to try out the fitness classes on the day
