DESCRIPTION:The Families First Cardiff and Newport Cities Consortium Delivery Plan 2011-12 identifies an action to “Review information\, language and communication needs of families”.  \nAs part of this\, Cardiff Family and Young People’s Information Services have been charged with providing an opportunity for current and prospective ‘customers’ (i.e. children and young people\, parents/carers and professionals) of information services in Cardiff the opportunity to say: \n – The type of information they are accessing/regularly seek out\, and from where  – Individuals information priorities  – How satisfied they are with current information services  – Identify what is not available  – How they would like to access information and in what format  –   \nIn addition\, this session will provide an excellent networking opportunity with colleagues who are engaging with the Families First Initiative in Cardiff / Wales.  \nPlease note: you need to book for this event.
