DESCRIPTION:This Diverse Cymru course is particularly relevant for health practitioners and community service providers from the public\, private or voluntary sectors. It provides a basic introduction to mental health and distress and focuses on raising awareness of issues\, such as cultural and religious issues\, facing people from the Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities with mental health issues and examines the reasons for disproportionate BME referrals and detention. \nPrice: £50 (half day)
