DESCRIPTION:  \nRamadan\, Kosher\, Halal\, Eid\, Guru Nanak\, Lent\, Navratri? \nHow can your organisation be more inclusive\, promote diversity and have a better understanding of other cultures? \nConfused? Anxious? You won’t be after this workshop\, where you will be given the opportunity to explore and discuss some of the perceived and real barriers faced by minority groups. Participants will leave with a plan of action for their organisation\, in improving participation and engagement of minority groups. \nThe workshop is delivered by C3SC Cardiff Third Sector Council in partnership with BVSNW. \nDepending on your organisation’s income\, a fee may be payable. \n  \n  \n
