SUMMARY:Young People’s Involvement Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This Cardiff and Vale Action for Mental Health (CVAMH) workshop is being held to enable young people\, aged 11- 25\, to shape and plan their involvement in mental health services. At the moment decisions are being made without the input of young people. That’s why CVAMH is setting up this group. \n   \nYoung people may have had experience of: \n-Grief \n– Anxiety  \n– Grief  \n– Feeling low \n– Stress \n– Feelings of loss \n– Self-harm \n– Not eating \n   \nPlease contact Anna at sefyll@cavamh.org.uk or tel. 029 2022 2000 if you would like more info.
