SUMMARY:World Mental Health Day 2017 Event #Grangetown
DESCRIPTION:This year Cardiff University are once again aiming to strengthen and expand relationships\, celebrating World Mental Health Day with community members and local providers. The focus will be on mental health & wellbeing\, working collaboratively and focusing on future developments that will be drawn out during the day. \nPeople attending the event can gain a sense of belonging and a positive feeling about being proactive in helping to make changes that are led by the needs of the community in relation to mental health and wellbeing. There will be an opportunity to find out aboutlocal services and groups that people can access directly or family members/carers and how the Grange Pavilion and other Community Gateway projects can help with people’s well-being. \nEveryone is welcome! The day is inclusive to all members of the community and surrounding areas as this will help generate discussions about future plans and ideas. \nProgramme of Events \n10:30am – Welcome\, Refresments and networking11:00am – Orange Room: Relaxation & ways to relieve stress – bring a mat or blanket with you!
