DESCRIPTION:The workshop will explore Trustee’s  and Board Member’s safeguarding roles and responsibilities in Wales\n\n\nTrustee’s Workshop  on Safeguarding Roles and Responsibilities Friday February 11th 10:00 -11:30am  \nDelivered by WCVA in Partnership with  Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) \n \nThe workshop aims to explore the Trustee’s and Board Member’s roles and responsibilities on safeguarding. Trustees  to gain an awareness  on safeguarding context in Wales  covering all age group and  as broadly applicable to all settings as possible \nThe main outcomes are to:  \n\nThe Charity Commission requirements of a board related to safeguarding\nThe Safeguarding context in Wales and what this means for a board\nBoard safeguarding practice and culture\, and what we have learnt (at WCVA) in this area\nA range of safeguarding resources\n\nThe event will be taking place on Zoom and the link will be sent through 24 hours prior to the event taking place. \nFor any further enquiry contact C3SC  on 07973725335  or enquiries@c3sc.org.uk  \nWe are look forward to seeing you
