This is advanced notice of a free interactive seminar for Trustees by the Wales Audit Office\, the Charity Commission and Good Practice Wales. This seminar will bring together the most up-to-date practices from across Wales and beyond. \nIncluding: \n – Not reinventing the wheel; – Not advocating a one size fits all approach; and – Adapting not adopting approaches to governance. \n  \nWalking away from this seminar\, delegates will have shared and learnt different approaches to governance\, financial literacy\, effective decision making\, the new grants culture in Wales and recruiting diverse trustees\, thereby enabling them to achieve more with less.
