DESCRIPTION:TV’s Alistair Appleton is giving a public talk\, organised by the Samye Foundation: \nAlistair has provided the following description of the talk: \n“This is a rich subject and a friend recently asked about the cross-over between mindfulness and psychotherapy. While there’s a lot of research into the therapeutic impact of mindfulness\, there are only a few books/studies into how mindfulness works within the therapy room. \n​This talk looks to explore that fruitful seam with examples from therapy and some theoretical considerations.
