SUMMARY:The IWA Debate - Where next for Welsh public service reform?
DESCRIPTION:This is a free Institute of Welsh Affairs event generously sponsored by Aberystwyth University\, Eversheds LLP and Positif. A year on from the Williams Commission report\, the Welsh Government’s Minister for Public Services\, Leighton Andrews\, will give a speech on the future of public services in Wales. This will be followed by an audience discussion led by a panel with Veronica Hope Hailey\, Dean and Head of the School of Management at the University of Bath; Phil Bale\, Leader of Cardiff Council and Laura McAllister\, Professor of Governance at Liverpool University & Chair of Sports Wales.
