SUMMARY:Social Services & Well-being (Wales) Act  – Training my Organisation
DESCRIPTION:Introducing “What does the Act mean for me?” A learning and Development Resource for the Direct Care Workforce\nThis Cardiff Council training is for provider managers\, third sector organisations and commissioned care services. \n\nTo introduce a development resource for the direct care workforce (www.ccwales.org.uk/learning-resources-1/principles-in-practice).\n\n\nTo prepare managers to deliver the resource within their own teams/organisation by giving course attendees a chance to undertake activities and view resources. \n\n\nThe resource enables those who are delivering care and support to understand the key principles of the Act and how they link to the Codes of Professional Practice.\n\nA certificate of attendance will be issued to participants who attend the whole session. \nTo book\, please email scwdp@cardiff.gov.uk \nTimes: 10am – 12.30pm or 1.30-4pm
