DESCRIPTION:This Cardiff Council training is for staff to whom the Code of Professional Practice for Social Care Workers applies and who are expected to initiate and maintain relationships that promote well-being and support outcome focussed  and strengths based practice. \nThe course will use case examples and experiential learning to explore the following aspects of practice: \n\nManaging individuals expectations of working relationships.\nUsing strengths based approach to working with individuals.\nPractising reciprocal care to promote well-being in relationships.\nHelping the individual to express their ‘voice’.\nCo-producing Care and Support plans.\nUsing creativity to address personal outcomes.\n\nTo book\, please email scwdp@cardiff.gov.uk
