SUMMARY:Shared Lives Week Dementia Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Shared Lives Plus\, the membership organisation for Shared Lives providers\, would like to invite you to our event:\nShared Lives Week Dementia Seminar on June 17th 10:30am – 12noon at Porth Eirias\, Colwyn Bay\, LL29 8HH.\nWe’d be delighted if you would come along to meet our providers and the people they support. There has been a significant investment in dementia support in Anglesey and Gwynedd\, while Conwy too have a thriving Shared Lives dementia support service called Trio. \nThis event has been organised both to celebrate new developments\, but also to hear from all stakeholders\, including people with lived experience\, about what comes next. We believe Shared Lives services can support people with dementia across the region. We’d welcome the chance to introduce you to the services already being provided. \nPlease RSVP by 7th June.
