DESCRIPTION:This two-day Learning Disability Wales course will give you a good foundation in the person centred thinking skills to work towards delivering personalised services by using a one page profile and a person centred essential lifestyle plan as the beginning and foundations of a support plan. \nThe course addresses each of the person centred thinking skills tools\, with an opportunity to explore and practice them with other participants through group exercises and discussion.
