DESCRIPTION:Here are the aims of this Learning Disability Wales course: \nAn understanding of two types of person centred review. One based on what is working and not working from different perspectives\, and one that also gathers person centred information to begin to develop a person centred plan or support plan. \nAn understating of the difference between person centred planning and a person centred review \nStructured exercises to enable participants to understand the headings and process used in reviews \nAn opportunity to practice facilitation skills to be able to facilitate a person centred review. \nPractice in developing clear person centred action plans and an understanding of how to use information gathered at a review to enable the development of a person centred plan or support. \nFind out more and book via the Learning Disability Wales website.
