SUMMARY:National Training Federation Wales Annual Conference – Securing the Future in a time of Change
DESCRIPTION:In a year\, that has seen unprecedented change at a Wales\, UK and European level\, one thing that is for certain is that apprenticeships and work-based learning programmes more broadly\, are firmly cementing themselves as a key driver of economic success for individuals\, employers and the wider Welsh economy. \nAs a sector\, we have an enviable record of adopting to change\, in order that our programmes and delivery models meet the needs of many. As we look forward to a another period of significant change for the work-based learning sector in Wales\, it is more important than ever that as a Network we are central to that change\, and do not simply allow change to happen to us\, moreover\, we need to ‘secure the future in a time of change.’ \nThe National Training Federation for Wales (NTfW) is a membership organisation of over 100 organisations involved in the delivery of learning in the workplace. It is a Wales wide representative body for all those organisations or individuals involved in the training industry. Members range from small specialist training providers to national and international organisations\, as well as Local Authorities\, Further Education Institutions and Charities. \nThe conference will allow delegates the opportunity to hear from predominant keynote speakers and attend workshops.
