DESCRIPTION:Memory Lane Social Club\nOpen Day\nTuesday 2nd July \n1:30pm – 4:30pm \nCathays Community Centre \n36 – 38 Cathays Terrace CF24 4HX \n  \nA great opportunity for community members\, carers and professionals to connect with services that help and support people affected by dementia. \n  \n \nThe day will feature information stalls run by: \n·         Carers Team \n·         Independent Living Officers \n·         Day Opportunities Team \n·         Alzheimer’s Society \n·         First Point of Contact \n·         United Welsh \n  \nDementia friendly activities throughout the day include: \nSports-fitness based games\, music sing-a-longs and indoor bowls. \n  \n*Refreshments included* \n*All ages welcome* \n*FREE entry* \n \n***Memory Lane Social Club is a weekly activities session\, started in January 2019 at Cathays Community Centre\, for anyone affected by dementia\, running on Tuesday afternoons*** \n \nFor more information\, get in touch\, or check out the event page
