SUMMARY:Making the Most of Volunteer Data
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a two-hour in-person workshop to help you identify the best way for you to gather and utilise data from your volunteers. \nAs volunteer managers\, it is becoming increasingly important to collect and leverage data on volunteer activity to demonstrate impact\, advocate for resources\, and continually improve volunteer programmes. But what’s the best way to capture that data? How do we use it to assess services and make meaningful changes? \nJoin us for a two-hour in-person workshop led by Sarah Sparke to learn about capturing good data from volunteers\, and the various ways you can solicit this information.
