SUMMARY:Making Reasonable Adjustments for Disabled Workers and Customers
DESCRIPTION:The duty to make reasonable adjustments\, under the Equality Act 2010\, involves taking positive steps to ensure that disabled people can access and progress in employment and in accessing goods and services.
