SUMMARY:Launch of Pedal Power's 'Changing Gear' project
DESCRIPTION:Changing Gear is a Big Lottery funded project and aims to work with:    \n– People with mental health issues \n– Women from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds \n– People with any long term health condition \n– Older People \nThe project aims to work with people to achieve the health and wellbeing goals that matter to them. This will be done through free cycle taster sessions\, bespoke health and wellbeing courses and Free membership to Pedal Power. \nTo launch this project and get the views of those who will use this project\, its stakeholders and other third sector organisations\, Pedal Power would like to invite you to a launch event on the 25th of February\, 1-3pm @Pedal Power cafe\, Off of Dogo Street\, Cardiff CF11 9JJ – and lunch will be provided. \nTo book a place\, email cg.development@cardiffpedalpower.org or call 029 2039 0713.
