SUMMARY:Housing with Care Fund (HCF): Information Session
DESCRIPTION:An online information session to explore opportunities available through the Housing With Care (HCF) Fund\n\n\nCardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board and C3SC are pleased to invite third sector organisations to an online information session to explore opportunities in accessing the Housing with Care Capital Fund. \nThe Housing with Care Fund supports the development of housing-based solutions that help people maintain their independence\, improve wellbeing and reduce the need for more intensive forms of care. The fund aims to increase the availability of high-quality accommodation that enables people to live safely and independently while accessing the care and support they need. \nThe session will provide information and guidance about the funds available with an opportunity to discuss potential ideas and alignment with the fund’s priorities. \nObjective 1 Housing with Care \n\nExtra care housing for older people\nSupported living accommodation for adults with learning or physical disabilities who need support to live independently\nSupported housing for other groups such as young people with complex needs (care leavers)\, adults with mental health needs\n\nObjective 2: Intermediate Care and Accommodation \n\nIntermediate care and accommodation that are not-for-profit\nResidential accommodation for children and young people with high needs (small scale)\nShort term medium accommodation for adults with higher needs\nIntermediate care settings in the community – step down\, reablement and rehabilitation\, moving on/transitional placements\, assessment centres with emergency or short-term beds\nShort term respite settings for unpaid carers and their cared for i.e. dementia\, MH\, ND and physical disabilities.\n\nTo access the full funding guidance please follow the link here \nWho is this for? \nThird sector organisations\, charities\, social enterprises\, housing associations and other not-for-profit providers of accommodation services to the below priority groups across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. \nPriority Groups include: \n\nOlder people including people with dementia\nChildren and young people with complex needs\nPeople with learning disabilities\, neuro-diverse and neurodevelopmental conditions\nUnpaid carers\nPeople with emotional health and mental well-being needs\n\nJoin us to learn more about the fund\, discuss project ideas and explore potential opportunities for partnership and investment. \nFor any further enquiries contact C3SC on 02920 485722 or enquiries@c3sc.org.uk
