SUMMARY:Holocaust Memorial Day Trust free Youth Champion workshops
DESCRIPTION:Each year\, the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust holds free Youth Champion workshops for anyone aged 14-24 who is interested in organising an activity to mark Holocaust Memorial Day – 27 January. Anyone is welcome from existing Youth Champions to new members! \nAttending a workshop will help to: \n– Gain a better understanding of the Holocaust\, Nazi Persecution\, subsequent genocides and of course Holocaust Memorial Day. \n– Learn how to become a Youth Champion and understand how to create a meaningful activity for your audience. \n– Find out about the 2017 theme and the free resources we provide that will help to mark Holocaust Memorial Day. \n– Understand the practicalities of organising activities\, participate in interactive activities and hear tips from other Youth Champions who held their own HMD events last year.  \nPeople aged 14-24 can sign up to attend the free workshop at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/hmdt-youth-champion-workshop-cardiff-tickets-27143746677 \nIf you have any questions\, please do get in touch with Jessica at youth@hmd.org.uk
