Attending will be Margaret Provis\, Deputy Director for Social Services and Lisa Dunsford\, Deputy Director Primary and Community Care – this will be your chance to meet them and have your opinions heard. \nThe focus of the day will be on integrated working and new models of care across health\, social care and the third sector\, to best meet the needs of people within their local area. \nYou can book your place here.
