DESCRIPTION:UHB Clinical Services Plan – formulating a Third Sector response\n\n\nCardiff Health\, Social Care and Wellbeing Network Meeting: Wednesday 3rd December 2025 10am – 12pm \nCardiff Third Sector Council will hold the next 2-hour Members’ Health\, Social Care and Wellbeing Network meeting online on Wednesday 3rd December between 10am – 12 pm. \nThe meeting will hear more about the interim findings from the UHB Clinical Services Plan engagement which aims to inform the 10-year plan for all health board services. The plan focuses on: \n\nWomen and people registered as female at birth\nMental health\nPlanned care\nUrgent care\nSpecialist & regional services\n\n \nYou can find out more here – Shaping Services for the Future\, Together – Shaping our Future Wellbeing. The focus of our discussion will be formulating a voluntary sector response and sharing solutions to the issues identified to support people to get the right care\, in the right place\, at the right time. \n \nDuring the meeting participants will also have the opportunity to hear from and connect with other participating organisations. \nNetwork members are always welcome to co-produce the meeting’s agenda by sharing emerging trends and local issues\, and collaborate in developing solutions that are responsive to the community’s needs.
