SUMMARY:Health and Wellbeing Groups
DESCRIPTION:Mirus will be launching new Health and Wellbeing Groups at Talybont Sports Centre.These groups will run twice a week on Tuesdays 2pm – 4pm and Fridays 6 – 8pm. You are invited to come along to the launch event on Friday 30th June to take part in fun activities and learn more. \nMirus are also looking for volunteers for these groups.
