DESCRIPTION:Community Housing Cymru\, Care & Repair Cymru and Cymorth Cymru are pleased to announce their joint Health & Housing Conference. The main speakers include: \n  \n – Dr Mark Drakeford\, The Health Minister – Sarah Rochira \, Older Person’s Commissioner for Wales – Nick Bennett\, Chief Executive\, Community Housing Cymru Group – Chris Jones\, Managing Director\, Care & Repair Cymru – Ewan Hilton\, Chair of Cymorth Cymru  – Antonia Forte\, Chief Executive\, Cynon Taf Housing  – Ceri Breeze\, Head of Housing\, Welsh Government (invited) – Ruth Hussey\, Chief Medical Officer for Wales (invited). \n  \nThe event will engage health\, housing and social care professionals in exploring best practice\, identifying barriers and discussing opportunities for increased joint-working.
