DESCRIPTION:Getting the Best from your Volunteers \nTuesday 26th February from 10am to 4pm \nUnderstanding volunteers’ motivation is key to maintaining their positive involvement. The course looks at what motivates and de-motivates\, and how to give appropriate recognition and opportunities for personal development. Different ways of offering support and supervision to volunteers are explored\, recognising that some volunteers require more of these than others.
