SUMMARY:Event for all carers - 'Taking Care of Yourself'
DESCRIPTION:If you are a carer this is your invitation to a FREE event designed especially for you.  \nAt this Cardiff and the Vale University Health Board event\, there will be stands offering advice on a wide range of health issues\, including healthy eating\, mental health well-being\, and hand and nail care! Refreshments and pastries will be available throughout the day and\, at 11.30am\, football fans can take a guided tour of the prestigious stadium on a first come\, first served basis.There will also be an opportunity for you to express what you would like to see in the forthcoming Carers Information and Consultation Strategy.Free parking is available\, but if you are travelling by train\, Grangetown station is a 10-minute walk and there are bus routes from Cardiff City Centre and from Barry and Penarth.
