SUMMARY:Dementia 3-Year Plan Event
DESCRIPTION:About the Plan.The Cardiff and Vale Dementia three year plan will address the needs of people with dementia and their carers over the next three years\, as well as serving future population growth. The Plan has been developed for people with dementia and their carers\, in order that they can live well with dementia.
