DESCRIPTION:A NewLink Wales training course \nThere’s a vast amount of evidence showing that a good care plan can significantly improve outcomes for people who have substance misuse problems. However\, many practitioners and service users have become disillusioned with this process and often see it as a tokenistic paperwork exercise. It doesn’t have to be!
