DESCRIPTION:Three-day National Energy Action (NEA) training course – the other two dates are 2 and 5 October\nParticipants often come from a variety of organisations and the course will enable them to advise clients on a range of issues\, including: \n\nthe efficiency and appropriate use of heating and hot water systems\, and the functions of the controls\ninterpreting domestic fuel cost data using reference materials\nhow to record gas and electricity consumption and work out costs\nways of paying for gas and electricity\nthe potential to improve the energy efficiency in a range of dwellings\nNest\, Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation\nhow to avoid condensation and take remedial action where condensation dampness exists\n\nThere are still some spaces available on this course\, which will be booked first-come\, first-serve.
