DESCRIPTION:A space for local groups in South West Cardiff to meet\, connect\, collaborate\, and influence change  community health and wellbeing.\n\n\nAre you involved in a local community group\, grassroots organisation\, or neighbourhood project making a difference in the South West of Cardiff? \nWe’d love you to join us and help us develop the Cardiff South West local Community Groups Forum – a new space for local groups to meet\, connect\, collaborate\, and influence real changes in community health and wellbeing. \nThis pilot session\, delivered in partnership by ACE and C3SC\, brings together local groups to add their voices to help shape the future of health and wellbeing planning in South West Cardiff. \nWhat to expect: \n🌟 Meet other local groups and find out more about the amazing work happening in our communities.🌟 Find out about the support available from C3SC – we can help with funding\, training\, volunteering and community development opportunities.🌟 Hear about local health challenges and priorities in the South West cluster. \n🌟 Provide your insights from the community and help influence local health & wellbeing plans.🌟 Have your say on the top priorities for local health and wellbeing and future local Community Group Meet‑up sessions. \nThis is your opportunity to make sure grassroots community experience and knowledge help guide local decisions—because no one understands community needs better than the people living and working directly in them. \nWe’d love to see you there. \nFor more information or to register your interest\, please contact Enquiries@c3sc.org.uk
