SUMMARY:CANCELLED: Budgeting for Projects
DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TRAINING IS CANCELLED. WE WILL ANNOUNCE ANOTHER DATE SOON. \n  \nThe aim of the course is to provide participants with the knowledge\, skills and confidence to manage a budget for the duration of their project.  It will teach you how to monitor the project’s budget at different points in time to support and inform the management and finance team\, and Board members in decision making. You will also practice reporting back on how you have spent the funds against the planned budget.  \nBy the end of the course\, participants will be able to: \n\nplan a budget based on a project specification\nprepare a budget for the duration of their project\nmonitor the budget to evaluate performance and support decision making\nreport back to the funder based on their budget\n\nIdeal for: those with little to no experience in managing or monitoring a budget.
