DESCRIPTION:Are you are responsible for planning staff learning in your organisation? Would you like to know how to do it systematically – both to help the organisation achieve its goals and to help individuals develop their skills and knowledge?  \nThis course will provide you with a framework for planning staff development in an effective and efficient way. \nBy the end of this session you will: \n – Be able to undertake a training needs analysis – Know how to develop a training plan – Understand the different approaches to address training and development – Recognise the importance of evaluating training \nIdeal for: those working in voluntary organisations that have responsibility for line managing or supervising staff.  \nRegistration from 9.45am.
