DESCRIPTION:This course looks at the essentials of running a community building. Exploring the responsibilities and legal requirements needed for the safe and profitable use of the building\, it also considers how best to bring in your local community to make the optimum use of the building. \nBy the end of the session you will: \n•        Have an understanding of the key tasks involved in running a successful community building \n•        Know the legal responsibilities of running a building\, including insurance\, and health and safety \n•        Understand the essential costs involved in running a building and how they might be met \n•        Gain an understanding of how to manage tenants and users\, and avoid conflict \nIdeal for: those agencies who run or are considering running a community building. \nRegistration: 9.45am
