DESCRIPTION:This course sets out the policies and processes your organisation needs to consider before using volunteers\, as well as some of the legal implications. By the end of this course you will: \n – Be able to develop a volunteering policy – Have considered what other policies might be necessary  – Understand key legal issues relating to volunteers – Be able to identify volunteer roles and draw up volunteer ‘task descriptions’ – Know how to assess and manage risk associated with a volunteer role \nIdeal for: organisations wishing to develop further skills around the recruitment of volunteers.
