Apologies for any inconvenience. \nAn Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a formal meeting held once a year and is a legal requirement for those voluntary organisations that have company status. This meeting is also a great opportunity for you to communicate with volunteers\, members\, staff\, funders and other key stakeholders about your key successes.
