SUMMARY:C3SC Training: How to Organise and Run your AGM
DESCRIPTION:The aim of this course is toenable participants to understand the purpose\, rules and requirements of holding an effective Annual General Meeting. An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a formal meeting held once a year and is a legal requirement for those voluntary organisations that have company status. This meeting is also a great opportunity for you to communicate with volunteers\, members\, staff\, funders and other key stakeholders about your key successes.
