SUMMARY:C3SC Hau Third Sector Fund information Session
DESCRIPTION:Cardiff Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council in partnership with Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) and Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) have allocated £30\,000 in total\, to fund innovative third sector sustainable preventative community activities and services in Cardiff and the Vale. The Fund is administered by C3SC in partnership with GVS. \nThe Hau Third Sector Fund is to help deliver solutions in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan to meet the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 four fundamental principles: Voice and control; prevention and early intervention; wellbeing; and co-production The fund can also focus on minimizing the impact of the pandemic on the voluntary sector and the communities they serve\, reducing the inequalities across society highlighted or resulting from COVID-19\, recognising that many communities suffered disproportionately. \nIn addition\, applications must demonstrate at least one of the five ways of working of the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Act) 2015 – prevention\, involvement\, collaboration\, integration and is long term (sustainable)\, to find out more follow the link Hau Third Sector Fund \nThe Programme is open for applications from 1st November 2022 with a deadline for submission of 21st November 2022. \nThe event will be taking place online and the link will be sent through within 24 hours of the event taking place. \nFor any further enquiry contact C3SC on 07973 725335 or enquiries@c3sc.org.uk
