DESCRIPTION:Hosted by C3SC and Diverse Cymru\, this event is your opportunity to discuss what matters to you on mental health and wellbeing\, focusing on the experiences of people facing inequality and solutions. \nWhen: Tuesday 12 February 2019 1:30 – 4:30 pm \nWhere: Taff Housing Conference Room\, 307- 315 Cowbridge Road East\, Cardiff\, CF5 1JD \nWe’ll be discussing: • Your experiences of mental health services• What helps you maintain or improve your mental health• How services can improve access to mental health support for people facing inequality• What could be done in services and communities to better support people facing inequality• How we can tackle sigma around mental health together \nWe welcome community groups and third sector organisations as well as diverse individuals. Diverse individuals includes disabled people; black and minority ethnic people; lesbian\, gay\, bisexual and trans people; older people; younger people; people with different religions or beliefs; and carers. \nThere will be an opportunity for networking at the end of the event. Community groups and third sector organisations will also have a chance to let people know about your events and work.
