DESCRIPTION:C3SC’s AGM is a chance for members to hear about what’s been happening at C3SC in the past year and help shape plans for the next 12 months. \nAbout this event \nC3SC AGM and Members’ Meeting 2023 \n“Inspiring Communities” – Tuesday 5th March 2024 from 1:30pm in person and on Zoom. \nC3SC AGM and Networking Lunch from 1:30pm \nThis is an exciting opportunity for our members and supporters to participate in our Annual Members Meeting\, meet with our staff and trustees and help shape our plans for the next 12 months. The event will be participative\, and you will have the opportunity to hear from our key speaker\, join our discussion workshops as we explore some of the things we have been working on in the last 12 months\, and take a forward look at some of the challenges and opportunities facing our communities and community organisations at this challenging and important time. \nMore information will follow with regards to an agenda\, resolutions and proxy forms. \nThe agenda\, resolutions and proxy forms will be updated here\, where proxy forms are to be returned by: 10:00am on Friday 1 March 2024. \nThe official AGM proceedings will be followed by complementary food\, including vegan and halal options. \nHosted in hybrid format. In person at Butetown Community Centre.
