DESCRIPTION:About this event \nC3SC AGM & Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2021 \n\n“Bringing Communities Together” – Friday 12th November from 2pm on Zoom. \nThis is an exciting opportunity for our members and supporters to participate in our Annual Members Meeting\, meet with our staff and trustees and help shape our plans for the next 12 months. The event will be participative\, and you will have the opportunity to hear from our key speaker – we are delighted to be joined by Councillor Huw Thomas\, leader of Cardiff Council. Join our discussion workshops as we explore some of the things we have been working on in the last 12 months\, and take a forward look at some of the challenges and opportunities facing our communities and community organisations at this challenging and important time. \n\nThe AGM takes place from 14:00 – 15:45. “Doors open” from 13:50 so that we can start promptly at 14:00. \nPlease visit our website to download the agenda and papers as they become available. We welcome your early vote on our resolutions – please download and complete your proxy form 2021- AGM-CVA – Proxy form. \n\nWe will be holding our annual Cardiff Volunteer Awards ceremony at 16:00 to 17:00 on 12 November celebrating volunteers’ extraordinary efforts in supporting our local communities in the last year.
