SUMMARY:Building a Stronger Britain Together: Cardiff briefing day
DESCRIPTION:The Home Office has launched a programme to build a partnership between government and groups working to promote cohesion and tackle extremism in their communities. Through the ‘Building a Stronger Britain Together (BSBT) programme\, groups can apply for grant-funding\, in-kind support or both to help expand their reach and influence. \nFollowing a high number of applications for grant-funding\, the application deadline for this type of support has now passed for the year. However\, with the in-kind support application deadline around the corner\, representatives from the Home Office\, M&C Saatchi and UK Community Foundations will be in Cardiff on Wednesday 10th November from 2:00pm – 3:30pm to answer your questions about this type of support\, and the programme more generally. \nFind out more at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/building-a-stronger-britain-together  The deadline for in-kind support applications is 5pm on 9 December 2016. \nThis will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about BSBT\, ask any questions you may have on the application process and meet other groups in the network. \nFor more information\, please email BSBT@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
